Install instructions

You can download either the Windows or Linux versions by themselves, just unzip them and run the executable.

I've also included the project files if you want to download those. It's all the art, sound effects, code, etc. for the game. It's made in Godot 3.5, so just open the project.godot file to view the project. Godot Engine uses the MIT License, but anything made by me is licensed under CC0 1.0 (so you can use them for whatever you want).

I was uncertain if the crash is intended as it freezes on the windows build and html5 build at the same point. Looking forward to seeing this continued or fixed. Enjoyed the core concepts.

Does it crash after fading to purple in the final cutscene? That’s the end of the game (which I probably should have communicated better). Or did it crash at a different point?

It crashes after playing the third level with no fade.

Repeated twice on webgl to crash at end of third level and click fiinish. (the one where you get first ability)
Windows build closes itself at end of third level.

Edit: Tried playing the level without the new tower, with, not using speed up, but it simply locks up at the same point.

Whoops, I left the final builds of the game tagged as “demo”, so it finishes after the 3rd level out of 8. Fixed now.

I managed to get to play it, enjoyed it and found it a quick and light game. I found the sword spinners to be easily the best, with the large one the least effective for cost. Managed to not lose any health (asides from forced ability use)
